We don't require schools to purchase fixed packages.

We discuss what you need and build our support around your pupils, staff and circumstances.

Dyslexia and learning assessments for pupils

Schools commonly contact us when a pupil is experiencing learning difficulties and further assessment is needed.

Our specialists can undertake individual assessments and provide detailed reports explaining the findings and making practical recommendations.

The objective isn't simply to identify a difficulty.

Recommendations are designed to help schools understand the universal provision and targeted support that could help that individual child progress.

Dyslexia, dyscalculia and dysgraphia

Our specialist team includes educational psychologists who can assess for dyslexia, dyscalculia and dysgraphia.

Where an assessment identifies indicators that another neurodevelopmental need may warrant further investigation, we can also recommend appropriate onward referral. We do not present this as a diagnosis of ASD or ADHD.

Recommendations that work in real classrooms

We understand that recommendations are only useful if a school can realistically implement them.

We work with schools to understand the universal provision already in place and consider interventions that are achievable within available budgets and time.

This can include:

• practical classroom strategies
• guidance around appropriate resources
• targeted interventions
• recommendations for parents
• training teaching assistants so strategies can support groups of pupils
• helping teaching teams strengthen universal provision.

There is no requirement to buy a predefined support package. The process normally begins with a conversation between Suzanne and the SENDCo or headteacher to establish what is needed.

A bespoke proposal and quotation can then be provided.
